Ulcers can be caused by stress which stimulates acid production Ulcers can also be inherited. Certain medication like aspirin Smoking and taking alcohol Caffeine

             Sign and symptoms of ulcers
1. Burning pain in stomach or the middle of the thorax
2. Nausea and vomiting
3. Tiredness and weakness
4. Blood in vomiting or stool (a symptom of bleeding ulcer)

                     A BALANCED DIET
A balanced simply means a food that contains all food nutrients in the correct proportion. We are recommended to eat a diet low in fats and lipid, sugar and salt but high in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and roughage, we should also take large amounts of water.

In other hand is recommended that we eat more fish, poultry products and legumes (such as pea, beans and peanuts) Instead of taking red meat as our main protein sources.

YOU MUST PROTECT YOUR EYES.


Eye disease is in today's most disturbing diseases. It worries the elders and teenagers. This problem has also been difficult for students. Many people today have been using glasses to enable them to see. There are those who have trouble seeing, but there are those who have trouble seeing nearby things. Some people their eyes are discharging tears and burns. The red eyes also are among of the eye problems.

Eye health experts are still struggling to find real sources of these problems. In fact, they have been successful in some extent and treatment is provided to those with these problems. Although there are still some eye problems are still under investigation.

Among the sources of these problems include foods, viruses, bacteria and fungi. Also, the climate change and environment we live have been the sources of eye problems. However, the use of electronic devices has been the cause of eye problems inconsiderable extent. Some human activities that we do for survival have also been in the sources of eye problems.

Vitamins are essential in ensuring normal growth od a body and carry out its functions and protecting our bodies. There are vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K. vitamin B groups in groups such as vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. Any lack of vitamins among these can cause serious problems for someone's health.

Vitamin A, D, E and K, are called fat-soluble vitamins. These can be stored inside the body. So we do not need to eat everyday foods contain these vitamins. On the other hand, some vitamin B and C are called water-soluble vitamins, so they are not stored in the body, hence, we need to eat these vitamin 's foods daily.


Vitamin A is found in milk, liver, carrots, orange vegetable table. These vitamins are essential for the health of the eye and respiratory tract. Lack of these vitamins leads to failure to see at night. The body becomes easy to get infected when a person has  deficiency of vitamin A
